GENE C. STONER, CPA
has more than 34 years of experience in the practice of public accountancy. He began his career in the tax department of Arthur Andersen & Company, an international CPA firm. After having become a tax partner with Grant Thornton, an international accounting firm, Mr. Stoner formed his own firm in October 1985. In late 1987, Mr. Stoner and Mr. Albright merged their practices to form STONER, ALBRIGHT & COMPANY. Mr. Stoner's area of expertise includes transaction structuring, mergers, acquisitions, entity formation and re-organizations as well as representation of high-income individuals and their closely held businesses and related entities.
GLENN C. ALBRIGHT, CPA
has more than 39 years of experience in the practice of public accountancy. He began his career in the audit department of KPMG, Peat Marwick. After serving in various capacities with regional and international accounting firms, Mr. Albright formed his own firm in October 1987. Later that year, Mr. Albright and Mr. Stoner merged their practices to form STONER, ALBRIGHT & COMPANY. Mr. Albright's area of expertise includes financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses and high-income individuals, Section 401(k) plan administration, auditing, and compliance.
DANNY L. COLLINS, CPA
has more than 30 years of experience in the practice of public accountancy. He joined STONER, ALBRIGHT & COMPANY in 1990. His areas of expertise include representation of high-income individuals, closely held businesses, investment partnerships, tax-free exchanges, and transaction analysis. Mr. Collins also has expertise in the computer field and serves as the administrator for the Firm's local area network and oversees all management information systems of the Firm.
SUSAN K. STONER
provides management services and consultation for STONER, ALBRIGHT & COMPANY. She owned and operated a nationally-recognized, American Bar Association approved post-baccalaureate training program and has served as an advisor and consultant to a variety of businesses including law firms, professional service companies, universities, and publishing companies. Ms. Stoner served on the Board of Directors for a national education association. Additionally, she was co-editor of a seven-book series for Matthew Bender Publishing Company.
